CT Electric came to my rescue after the November 2024 Denver snowstorm broke off tree limbs, caused power outages, and in my case, the downed power line ripped off the Service Mast and electricity meter—resulting in 2000 volt wires possibly exposed and therefore life threatening, laying on the ground.

I called CT Sunday evening, not expecting to speak with anyone.
Charles answered the phone, gathered details, and promised to visit my property on Monday.
With many other jobs scheduled for that day, my project was prioritized and they arrived at 8:00am to assess the scope of damage.
By 11:30am, a new service mast, new wires, and meter had been installed and connected to my circuit breaker box.
Every step of the way was smooth and efficiently handled by Charles and his crew, with grace, courtesy, respect, and gratitude for my business.
Under the circumstances, it was me that was relieved and grateful, to receive expertise on a timely basis.
